One of a kind wooded and open lot curving along the west bank of the Scioto River and fronting on State Route 257. The 9.51 acre lot includes a buffer of mature trees along the river with a wide section on the north and a narrow strip along the south. A fence row with osage orange trees records a previous use of the lot as a pasture for cattle.
