CJ always worked to get the deal done. That's the most important thing any realtor can do for their client. When a basement issue arose, he found a way to appease the buyer's realtor, found a trusted contractor, and negotiated that contractor's payout off the final sale. He saved the deal. He wasn't afraid to negotiate, even when a great offer was on the table, and as a result, got us an extra $2,500. He kept us updated on all developments and answered all of our questions. He anticipated potential issues and had workarounds--again, he hustled to close the deal.
