When a basement issue arose, he found a way to appease the buyer's realtor, found a trusted contractor, and negotiated that contractor's payout off the final sale. He saved the deal. He wasn't afraid to negotiate, even when a great offer was on the table, and as a result, got us an extra $2,500. He kept us updated on all developments and answered all of our questions. CJ was an awesome realtor. Above and beyond expectations is an understatement when it came to how smoothly the whole process of buying my first home went with CJ's guidance. He made the experience very personalized and often showed my boyfriend and I homes the day we asked to see them.
